ENLISTED PROGRESSION

As a member of Sante Interstellar Soltuions, you will experience a structured progression system, offering clear pathways for growth and recognition. Starting as a new member, you will learn the ropes and contribute to our organizational missions.

Progress to a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) by demonstrating leadership in smaller tasks such as scheduling, organizing, and running most of our daily events.

COMMISSIONED PROGRESSION

As an Officer in Sante Interstellar Solutions, you will be an impactful and highly influencial part of our organizations decision-making. Additionally, you will be the lead on much bigger inititives such as cross-alliance event scheduling, recruitment of new members, and promotions for the Enlisted within your Division.

Continuing along your progression path as an Officer, you could become eligible for a position in High Command – the overall guiding unit of our entire organization. These positions require a great deal dedication and have both time and financial investments to ensure Sante Interstellar runs smoothly and continues to grow into the future!

TRAINING

In addition to all the other benefits of being a member of Sante Interstellar Solutions, we offer specialized training for every aspect of your daily Star Citizen adventuring. Everything from learning how to operate a salvaging vessel to advance flying techniques and mastering the ever-changing ‘verse we all enjoy and occupy.

CERTIFICATION & INCENTIVES

The Certification, Mission, & Incentive Program offered by Sante Interstellar Solutions (SIS) is designed to encourage skill development and progression within the organization. This program allows members to earn in-game currency, known as aUEC, and advance within the SIS ranks.

ROLES

In Sante Interstellar Solutions, a role is defined as the specific function or part a person plays during a particular situation, especially in formal events organized by the organization.

It’s important to note that individuals are not restricted to a single role. They can assume multiple roles, and these roles are not limited by the division they are part of in SIS. This flexibility allows for a diverse range of skills and capabilities to be utilized during events, enhancing the effectiveness and overall experience of the group.

PURCHASE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Purchasing Assistance Program (PAP) offered by Sante Interstellar Solutions (SIS) is an initiative designed to support members in acquiring in-game ships. This program is aimed at enhancing diversity in the organization’s ship inventory.
